Who Am I and What Do I Do?
Welcome to Doctor Transformed. I am Dr. Tom Schell, a veterinarian by trade for over three decades, a researcher, a scientist, and a cancer survivor. I am a certified Chinese Herbalist and also certified in holistic nutrition. My goal, plain and simple, is to relay to you information that I have gathered over the years that assisted me in my natural cancer recovery and remission.
Why 'Doctor Transformed'? Simply put, I was trained in western medicine and the reliance upon medications and surgery to cure what ails us and our animal kind. Only in the realization that something is not working is there a seeking for truth, in anything. Thus, as a doctor, I was transformed in my career and my approach to healthcare for myself and those that sought out my guidance. Who am I to make observations on human healthcare? I'm a veterinarian, sure, but the animal does not differ from us, regarding physiology and how the body heals or develops disease. I, like you, have also been given a physical body to take me through my life that changes as I age and encounter various influences. It is up to me to determine how my body works, heals, and keeps moving every day. I simply pass along that information which has impacted me and my journey.
This is information that has also greatly impacted my veterinary patients, their owners in their own health and countless others. The information provided within these walls is readily available but often overlooked or plainly ignored. I make no claims regarding any disease or any cure but simply relay what I have come to understand and apply in my life and that of others. Your health is up to you and if you dig deep enough within yourself, what you will often find is a void created by today's healthcare world. Questions within you that go unanswered. Instead of being reliant upon another to tell you what to do, regarding your own health, I invite you to take control and guide your own ship. This comes with time and understanding. I invite you to live in courage and faith, rather than fear.
